Unpaid fees or assessments are a personal obligation of the owners (buyers) of lots, jointly and severally.

Unpaid fees or assessments shall bear interest at the rate of two percent (2%) per month, if not paid within 30 days of due date.

Unpaid fees or assessments may be enforced by imposing a lien on the lot under the terms of the Maryland Contract Lien Act.

If it becomes necessary, at the discretion of the Homeowner Association or the vendor (seller), to employ the services of an attorney in order to collect unpaid fees, assessments, late charges, or delinquent charges, lot owners (buyers) will be assessed such fees.
